1. What this Policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how the TRIUDS website may use cookies and similar browser technologies. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser when a website is visited. Similar technologies can include local browser storage, session storage, pixels, or tags that perform comparable functions.
Cookies can help a website remember a preference, maintain a secure session, understand whether a page functions correctly, or measure aggregated use. A cookie does not automatically identify a person by name. However, cookie identifiers and technical information can be personal information under some laws when they are connected with a device, account, or other identifiable data.
This website is designed to remain functional with a limited set of technologies. We do not intentionally use cookies to sell personal information, create unrelated advertising profiles, or follow visitors across unrelated services.

Their exact cookies can vary based on platform configuration, visitor location, and current provider practices.
We do not currently describe behavioral advertising as a necessary part of this website. If advertising or expanded analytics technologies are introduced, this Policy and any consent mechanism will be updated where required.
3. Typical information associated with cookies
Depending on configuration, a cookie or related request may involve a randomly generated identifier, IP address, time of visit, page path, referral source, browser family, language, device category, approximate region, consent selection, session state, or diagnostic event. The duration can range from the current browser session to a defined number of days or months.
A session cookie normally expires when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiration or until it is removed. We seek to use durations that are proportionate to the relevant purpose.

5. Shopify and other service providers
The website may be delivered through Shopify and infrastructure providers that use their own necessary, security, preference, analytics, or transaction-related technologies. Those technologies may be governed by provider terms and privacy notices in addition to this Policy. We do not control changes made by a third-party platform, but we review our own configuration and limit optional features where reasonably appropriate.
If a project intake is submitted through the front-end form included on this site, the current form only displays a confirmation in the visitor's browser and clears the fields. It does not itself send form contents to an external processor, API, webhook, telephone link, or email link. If the site's owner later connects the form to a service, the privacy and cookie disclosures should be reviewed before publication.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no single universally adopted response standard. We respond to legally required signals where applicable and otherwise manage tracking according to the settings and disclosures described in this Policy.
7. Policy updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in website configuration, provider technology, legal requirements, or our business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. A material change may also be highlighted on the site or in another appropriate notice.
